Some Chinese TV stations have bought the rights to Premiership football, including Saturday 3pm matches! They stream this on the internet free of charge for their customers, mainly Hong Kong ex-pats, together with hundreds of other television channels.
If you wish to view Premiership matches for free, usually with English commentary, please follow the instructions below:

Installation
Click the following link to save the Pcast software to view the TV channels on Windows XP:  PcastSetup.zip
Open the zip file when saved and install both .exe files. Then reboot your PC. Right-click the new Pcast desktop icon
which has Chineses writing. Select Properties. On the Shortcut tab, next to Target enter
"C:\Program Files\pcast\PodcastbarMini\PodcastBarMini.exe". Click OK.

Viewing
To view the channels click the Pcast icon on your desktop. A new item will launch in the system tray in the bottom right
of your screen next to your clock. Right click on this, select Watch TV and Windows Media Player (WMP) will launch.

Replacing the last couple of numbers in the links will give you another one of hundreds of Chinese channels available.
